Shipping Options
We currently ship to ALL NZ areas, Australia, US and specified areas in the United Kingdom.

New Zealand Domestic
All NZ orders are FREE SHIPPING!
For urban areas, expect your order to arrive within 1-2 working days. 
Rural areas take roughly 5 working days.
Shipping times vary on public holidays.

Christmas 
Expect delays and ensure you have left enough time to receive your item. A good guide for Christmas shipping is to leave yourself 1.5-2 weeks before you need to receive your item, this is due to couriers being backed up, so it's best to be extra cautious. After the Christmas season, Parlour is closed until mid January. 
Packages from online orders during the closure will be sent when we return, however, you can always email us if something is urgent and we can do our very best to meet your needs. 

International
Australia flat rate shipping $35NZD 
US and UK flat Rate $60NZD 
5-10 working days (Australia is usually 3 working days).
Public Holidays and Christmas for international orders add an extra 2-3 weeks.
